Formerly known as the "Hidden Tree" located in another part of Sanlitun, this wondrous place picked up and relocated to the heart of the Sanlitun back street area around the corner from Kai Bar. And once you find the place you may be surprised to see how packed it can get on a weekend and how expansive the interior is.
The centerpiece of the restaurant floor lets you watch the chefs do their things with rollers, dough, and brick ovens, and the bar stretches long enough to meander and mingle freely. They boast a wide selection of imported beers (ask which ones are from Belgium) and an extensive drink menu, but their food menu mainly serves to compliment their virtually-best-in-Beijing pizzas, which is why you came here hungry in the first place, right? One pizza is small enough fora person and large enough to share, and will cost anywhere from 45-75yuan depending on the amount and kind of toppings. And if you make it out on a weekday, 11a.m.-2:30 p.m. they offer a special lunch menu. Highly recommended if you're in the area.
