The unique origin and fine climatic conditions have provided good outer forces for the growth of Longjing Tea leaves. Besides, careful processing is an indispensable part to make Longjing Tea much more fragrant and tasteful. There are two procedures in the processing: enzyme inhibiting process and roasting process. During the whole process, no knead is used so as to ensure the nature of the tea leaves. Generally speaking, it will spend 6 hours for picking tea leaves and another 4 hours for frying.
