Four-Color Dumpling (Sise Tangyuan)

Four-Color Dumpling is one of the traditional snacks in Wuxi. The stuffing is fresh meat, plant oil and lard, sesame and bean paste. It is boiled with hot water for eating. It is hard to find in another places.
