No cold in November. The average temperature is about 13-15C. If you go in later November, still have to take warm clothes. Guilin has elegant mountain and river scenes. November is not a very good time to visit Guilin. It is nearly the winter, and dry season for the river, Dragon Back Terraces in Longsheng is not at its best, either.
