Shanghai Chocolatiers meet at Culinaria

Culinary ² was a great opportunity to bring together the chocolate adventure involved in the Shanghai World Expo. More than 50 chocolate makers were present at the Friday night. Some of them could talk about their experiences and heat the chocolate that still need to be sharing exciting stories. The general feeling is that chocolate has already given demonstrations at the Expo was very positive and happy that it is expierience could demonstrate in front of so many (very interested) people and are very proud to have taken part in this unique project .
