Lu Xun Park, originally called as Seaside Park, was constructed along the natural costal terrain in 1929, designed by Mr. Ge Jinying, a famous Chinese horticulturist. It was changed to the present name in 1950 in commemoration of Mr. Lu Xun, one of the greatest Chinese writers. This park is 2 kilometers long in total and covers an area of about 4 hectares.
