Beidaihe Pigeon's Nest Park is the national level scenic spot located in the east of Beidaihe District, in Qinhuangdao City in Hebei Province. Transportation tool like Beijing-Shenyang Expressway, National Highway 102 and 205 can reach there. 15 kilometers from Qinhuangdao City, it is a wetland type of cultural tourism resort.
With an area of 0.2 square kilometers, the Pigeon's Nest Park is a major attraction of Beidaihe as an optimum place for viewing the sunrise, appreciating the seascape and observing birds. There is a 50-meter-long archaized corridor, Ocean Viewing Corridor. Over 100 traditional frescos are painted on the corridor. A pavilion that lies at the south of the corridor is particularly for celebrities and tourists to write poems and draw pictures.
