Yechun Garden, blessed with the first scenery of the Emperor Qianlong's Lake Cruise, is one of the eight famous gardens in the Qing Dynasty.
Due to the investment by China National Tourism Administration in the past few years, a complex of buildings in the Ming and Qing styles has been restored. Here are thatched cottages and waterside pavilions as well as corridors rare in Eastern China. The Yechun teacake with distinctive flavors and traditional Yangzhou delicacies have attracted numerous tourists to Yechun Garden. Moreover, the grassland, square, paths and riverside within the garden are good places for morning exercises and walking.
